Q. What are your turnaround times?
A: Please allow 10 working days from receipt of the job at The Dental Solution lab.

Q. Do you offer shade taking?
A: Yes, our Director Greg Karabasis handles all our shade taking in-house. Please call the lab for a shade appointment.

Q. Do you do pickups?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery and pickups inclusive in our pricing. We use Couriers Please for our Melbourne CBD and inner-suburb clients and TNT for our country and Interstate clients.

Q. Do you offer warranty?

A: Yes, we offer a 5 year warranty direct to the dentist on all our crown and bridge cases.

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm.

Q. Is your logo available for use?
A: Yes, a limited number of logos and a copy of our style guide can be downloaded using the link below. Please refer to this style guide for an outline of how to use our logo in order to maintain the integrity of our brand. Further files referenced in the style guide may be available upon request.
